Split air conditioners are the most popular systems of controlling climate in homes and offices. A standard split system consists of an outdoor and an indoor unit. A multi split system features one outdoor and several indoor units. An outdoor unit is installed outside the building – on the wall/roof, in the ceiling, on the balcony etc. The indoor unit, which is installed inside the building, provides cooling or heating air in the room, purifies and moves it. The units are connected via copper refrigerant pipes. |
